Resume Not Required

While I had enjoyed a very successful 40 year career as an executive at a Fortune 100 IT company, I was not prepared for being laid off during the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression. I discovered this fact during the first two months of unemployment; submitting over 200 resumes and cover letters, receiving one response. I found myself dealing with the emotional issues of loosing one’s job as well as the impending loss of my home if I did not find employment within the next three months.
I was really struggling with the accepted practice of resume preparation, networking, resume submission and waiting for a call. I really did not believe that I could adequately describe the 40 years of experience I possessed in two pages of a resume, and that the resume was the only way to be considered for a position. This process was extremely frustrating and demoralizing. It was at this time that I found an online ad for "Resume Not Require (RNR)." The name itself offered me hope that there was a better process for finding employment.
From the first meetings with you, I felt that I had stumbled upon a process that was not only intuitively obvious and comfortable to me, but one that was totally within my control and allowed me to open doors that I felt were closed under the networking and resume route. I have to admit that I was initially skeptical that handing you money and following your process would not only find a job but one that I was happy with.
By totally handing myself over to the process, truthfully defining the key criteria used to target my next job and working the process every day, I not only found a job, but found one that was ideally suited to me and my requirements and did so in less time that we had originally agreed upon. The staff support at RNR was outstanding and helped me every step of the way in landing the perfect position. Following your process was the wisest decision I have ever made. I can, with the strongest conviction, recommend RNR to anyone who is searching for that next job.

Hi Don, it was great to hear from you on LinkedIn. I can tell you unequivocally that I am VERY HAPPY in my job. And I can easily say that it was you and RNR that made it happen. I am having a ball with this job. Hope you all had a great holiday season and that things are going well at RNR.
